We recognise that every member of staff contributes to the success of our schools, so whether you join our housekeeping, business, estates, teaching or leadership teams you will be equally valued and supported.

We have a strong and effective induction programme, which begins before your first day. You’ll receive an induction pack via email from us, which will tell you all you need to know before you start with us. You’ll be allocated a buddy, who will get in touch before your first day to make sure you’ve got everything you need. Then, they’ll meet you on Day One to show you ropes and answer any questions you’ve got.

All of our staff have access to high quality training and professional development with opportunities for career progression across our Trust schools.
