EQUA Mead Learning Trust

Induction Information for New Staff

Welcome to EQUA Mead Learning Trust

We are really pleased that you have decided to join our team and hope that you quickly settle in to your new role. In order to support you with this we have provided a range of information on this page. All new colleagues will receive this information regardless of their role, and it is important that you agree a time with your Manager as soon as possible for you to undertake the relevant training and read the associated information carefully. When you have completed everything please complete and submit the form at the bottom of this page, which will then form part of your staff record.

Once again, welcome to our Trust and we hope you find your employment with us both enjoyable and rewarding.

New Staff Mandatory Training

The Trust subscribes to TES Develop, which provides a wide range of training and updates for all staff, some of which form part of your mandatory induction training as outlined above. Once in post you will receive log in information in order to access your personal learning plans and all other available resources.

There will be additional information that is specific to your school setting and these will be shared with you e.g. Absence reporting expectations / Evacuation procedures / IT Acceptable Use

It is really important that you let us know as soon as possible if you have any queries or problems accessing any of the Training. Please feel free to contact us at HR@equamead.org and we will do our best to help.

When you have finished your training please complete and submit the form below in order that your staff record can be up to date. Thank you
